LEADERSHIP

I was previously the Executive Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. In this role, I oversaw the delivery of a program of benefits to members including 100 events a year and worked closely with Australian Government organisations and Australian companies doing business with China. I chaired numerous meetings, keynote dinners, and workshops and was also co-chair of the annual fundraising event, the Great Australian Ball.

"It’s a tribute to her management skills and endeavour that the Chamber thrived during her period of tenure. Growth in members exceeded all previous records and the financial status of the organisation was the best it has ever been. She personally oversaw the growth in the number of events and functions conducted by the Chamber as well as the number of attendees. During this period, the Chamber developed a 'best in class' reputation within the Shanghai business community and was the envy of all other Chambers of Commerce... Working within the Shanghai environment is not easy due to the complexity of managing diverse and often conflicting interests. However, Christina was able to consistently deliver excellent outcomes to the satisfaction of the Chamber Board of Directors and the members,”
Grant Kelly, former Chairman at AustCham Shanghai.
